When fighting fatigue, try this tea:
1 tsp of eleuthero root (to balance your digestive and hormonal systems)
1 tsp of peppermint (for relaxing the intestinal tract, ease any nausea and the aroma is a pick-me-up)
Steep for 4-5 minutes per 8-10 oz ~ add honey (or not) and enjoy.
