Dandelions

You don't really have to worry about how to grow these because more than likely they're right in your yard! If you don't have any, you can easily pick one that is seeding (the whit puffy ones that you make wishes on~) and plant them in a pot at home.

Uses: Put young leaves in salads, soups & stews ~ high in vitamin A... roots can be dried & used as coffee...all parts of the plant can be used to steep for tea. Used in treatment of high blood pressure & arthritis, prevent gallstones, normalize blood sugars in diabetics and to bathe in to relieve sore muscles & joints.
